City of Dover reflects on Phish Mondegreen musical festival

About a month after the Phish music festival known as Mondegreen, a Dover official Tuesday reported about one injury-causing fire at the event, 19 visits to the emergency room, at least 12 arrests and multiple drug seizures but also discussed its positive contribution to the local economy.
