Carney to give State of the State Tuesday
DOVER — Gov. John Carney will deliver the annual State of the State Address Tuesday.
For the first time, the message will be presented virtually, a result of the pandemic. The event will be livestreamed on Gov. Carney’s Facebook page, YouTube and de.gov/sots.
The governor will speak from the Senate chamber in Legislative Hall at 2:15.
His budget recommendations will follow on Thursday.
