Bissonnette: Dover councilman thanked for assistance

They say give credit where it is due, so I would like to thank Dover City Councilman Bill Hare for all the times he has helped us with problems, etc.

He always answers his phone, even when he is recovering from surgery or out of town, and he calls back to tell us how the problem or question is answered.

We need more councilmen like him. He takes the job seriously and cares about his people. He cares and loves this city. Thank you, Mr. Hare.
