GEORGETOWN — On Oct. 19, Michael Bell, president of Harvard Business Services, participated in the Delaware Principal for a Day program with a visit to Sussex Academy.
The Delaware Principal for a Day program, started in 1993, creates a plan for community business leaders to visit Delaware schools with a goal of creating a stronger connection between school leaders and the business community.
As Principal for a Day, Mr. Bell toured the Sussex Academy elementary and secondary campuses, monitored high school lunches and spoke to students in personal finance classes.
Mr. Bell has been president of Harvard Business Services, a business started by his father, Rick Bell, since 1981. The company helps to form and maintain Delaware limited liability companies and corporations and is the third-largest incorporator in the state.
It currently represents over 100,000 entities as their registered agent and has helped form over 300,000 companies.
