Baila con Dover moves to the beat on Aug. 31
By DOVER—The Baila Con Dover Latin Festival takes place in Dover on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 11:30 a.m. at Legislative Mall and features 10 different artists.
The event also includes over 30 merchants and informational vendors, 13 food vendors, and a family fun zone.
For the first time, the festival also has a car show. Awards include the top 30, best bike, best crossover, president’s choice, kid’s choice, and best in show.
The Baila con Dover festival is put on by Hispanic Organization of Latin Americans.
