Arndt hopes to retain Dover Third District council seat
By Mike FinneyDOVER – Tricia Arndt filed a nominating petition with the city clerk’s office on Tuesday to run for her Third District seat on Dover City Council.
The Dover Municipal Election is scheduled to be held on April 18.
Ms. Arndt was first elected to city council in May 2021. She earned a special two-year term that year by taking over the council seat that was vacated by previous Councilman Scott Cole after he moved to Smyrna.
