DOVER — A 29-year-old Maryland man was charged with firearms offenses following a domestic-related investigation Monday, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said.

According to authorities, officers responded to the 1000 block of White Oak Road for a domestic incident at approximately 10:19 p.m. Police said Kentrall Sisco of Worton was found to have a handgun in his waistband and a loaded magazine in his pocket, Sgt. Hoffman said.

Mr. Sisco was not charged in the domestic incident, which police said was verbal in nature. However, he was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and released on an own-recognizance bond.
