29th annual Apple Scrapple Festival
BRIDGEVILLE – Back after a 2020 absence because of COVID 19, Bridgeville’s Apple Scrapple Festival returned in full force Saturday, drawing thousands of people from Sussex County, Delaware, Delmarva and beyond.
Long lines of traffic and equally long lines of patrons in line at vendor booths seeking apple dumplings, scrapple sandwiches and other festival offerings punctuated the 29th edition of the event.
