The time on the video surveillance shows this was around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 28.
While it's too dark to make out any features, size, the person's gait and clothing may be of note and information could help police with the investigation.
A 73 second video is online on the store's Facebook page. If you know this person, or saw someone like this walking away from this area around this time contact the CPD at 410-968-1323.
What was taken was not disclosed. This store, part of the county-run liquor dispensary system, will be closing for good on New Year’s Eve.
