NEW YORK — The hosts of the History Channel’s TV series “American Pickers” are planning a return to Maryland and will be scouting locations in March.
This weekly documentary series explores the world of antique “picking” as skilled pickers hunt for America’s most valuable antiques and relics especially along the back roads.
In August 2015 Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz were in Somerset County picking through the former Burgess Early Americana Museum for an episode that premiered in February 2016. Mr. Wolfe is still among the show hosts.
The pickers want to again see large, private collections of accumulations of antiques, but do not pick stores, flea markets or auction businesses. If you think you have a collection of interest submit your name, phone number, location, and description of the collection with photos to americanpickers@cineflix.com or call 646-493-2184. You may also message through Facebook @GotAPick.
