The CenDel Foundation has announced that early-education programs will be the primary recipients of its Community Impact Fund this year.
Any nonprofit that offers such programs is encouraged to apply for monies through the fund. The grant cycle will award up to $10,000 to support early-childhood education focusing on cognitive, social and/or emotional development in preschool children.
The grant cycle will be open Thursday through Jan. 31, 2023.
Eligibility requirements are:
• The applicant must be a public institution and/or 501(c)3 nonprofit with proper documentation.
• It must have an educational component that serves preschoolers.
• It must consist of activities for cognitive, social and/or emotional development.
Application forms will be available Thursday here, under the “Apply for a Grant” tab. Community Impact Fund applications must be submitted by mail and postmarked by Jan. 31 at 2 p.m.
Community Impact Funding grants assistance to various causes selected by CenDel’s board of directors, which collaborates with other nonprofits and civic leaders to annually select them.
