DOVER — Two stolen vehicles were located, and four arrests followed Thursday, authorities said.
According to Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman, Dontrez Dickson, 20, and Kymora Artis, 18 — along with two males ages 16 and 17 — were found in a parked stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Willis Road at 11:12 a.m. They all fled on foot when officers approached and quickly apprehended without incident, Sgt. Hoffman said.
All four were charged with receiving stolen property, second-degree conspiracy and resisting arrest. Police said Mr. Dickson dropped a 9 mm handgun during the pursuit and was also charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
The teens were released to their guardians, while Ms. Artis and Mr. Dickson were each released on an own-recognizance bond.
