Dover's public works director recommended that that 13 Bradford Street trees be removed due to their poor condition, instead of the 75 trees originally slated for removal for causing warped sidewalks, curb and streets. What’s a workable solution for both keeping mature landscaping and preventing damage to walkways and roadways?
