Joshua Brown, of Dover, was arrested in Ohio in late September, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said. He was sought in connection with a Dec. 19, 2020 incident when one shot was fired at a U.S. Gas employee following a verbal altercation. The employee was not injured, police said.
