CAMDEN — The Delaware Department of Transportation is holding a workshop with a question and answer session to solicit public input on multiple Camden area projects.

The workshop will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 28 via the video conferencing app Zoom. To register, follow this link: centuryeng.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_1b9ms4toSLeyIsHTH0UNAg.

Multiple DelDOT projects are in design and around the Camden area in Kent County, a news release states. At the workshop, four DelDOT Camden projects will be highlighted.

Those projects are the U.S. Route 13 widening project between Walnut Shade Road and Puncheon Run Connector, Camden bypass (east and west), Walnut Shade Road between U.S. Route 13 and Peachtree Run and the extension of the Capital City Trail.

Attendees will have the opportunity to view project displays for the proposed improvements, as well as ask questions and provide comments to DelDOT’s representatives.

The public also may express their views in writing, giving reasons for or in opposition to the proposed projects.

Comments will be received during the presentation or can be mailed to DelDOT Community Relations, Attn: John Gaines, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903 or sent via email to dotpr@delaware.gov.

A recording of the full presentation and audience comments will be available on the website within a few days of the workshop.
