Delaware under severe thunderstorm watch

All three Delaware counties are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 8 p.m. Wednesday.
In addition, Kent and Sussex are under a hazardous weather outlook, with minor coastal flooding possible, according to the National Weather Service.
Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather conditions according to standard operating procedures.
An earlier version said it was a severe thunderstorm warning.
