Comedy, Neil Diamond tribute highlight weekend at Milton Theatre

MILTON — Live events continue at the historic Milton Theatre this week with the return to Quayside of lower case blues, Howard Stern regular and comic Rev. Bob Levy, American hit parade group Swing Time Dolls, and Sol Knopf bringing the best hits from Neil Diamond. All events still at limited capacity with modified seating for social distancing. Face coverings are also required.

Quayside@Nite with lower case blues

Thursday at 7 p.m.

The jammin’ trio lower case blues plays a new fusion of old blues, funk, and rock. Tickets are available here

Rev. Bob Levy - Stand-Up Comedy

Friday at 8 p.m.

The Rev. Bob Levy will be joined with Corey Hunter and Keith Purnell for R-rated humor

Howard Stern regular Rev. Bob Levy is the former host of Rising with “The Reverend” Bob Levy with co-hosts Will Bozarth and John Kensil, on WNJC-AM in Philadelphia. In 2014, Levy was the host of “Ears Wide Open” with co-hosts Stacey Prussman and Joe Conte. It aired on WILC-AM in Washington, D.C. and WUFC-AM in Boston. Levy has also produced podcasts of his shows for Radio Misfits.

Swing Time Dolls

Saturday - 3 p.m. The 8 p.m. show is sold out.

The Swing Time Dolls is an all-female vocal group consisting of three vocalists that shine a new light on the tunes of the American Hit Parade of the 1940s and beyond. Drawing on inspiration from The Andrews Sisters, the Dolls pride themselves on tight and intricate harmonies.

Neil Diamond tribute featuring Sol Knopf

Sunday - 3 and 7:30 p.m.

Join Sol Knopf and his band as they pay tribute to the iconic music of Neil Diamond, and celebrate the release of Mr. Knopf’s new album “Solitary Man”.
