Bike from pond to pond with the Leap Frog Bike Tour

FELTON — The Downstate Delaware Striders & Riders will host the Leap Frog 50K/100K Bicycle Tour in June.

The 50K/100K will be held Saturday, June 12 at 8 a.m.

The non-competitive cycling event offers a unique look at the beautiful ponds of central and lower Delaware with both 32-mile and 63-mile course options starting and ending at Lake Forest High School in Felton.

Registration is $20 through June 5 and $25 thereafter.

Check-in begins at 7 a.m. the day of the event and same-day registration will be available. The registration fee includes a cue sheet, marked course, food and drink stops and tech shirts for the first 100 cyclists to sign up.

SAG support vehicles will patrol the course through 2 PM. Helmets are required and COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place.
