According to Delaware State Police, Shelva Smith allegedly threatened a 33-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man with a 9 mm handgun outside a home on Lingo Drive in Dover. Troopers were called to the scene at approximately 4:45 p.m., spokeswoman Master Cpl. Heather Pepper said.

No injuries occurred, police said.
