Two arrested for shoplifting from Felton Royal Farms
FELTON—The Felton Police Department has announced the arrest of 24-year-old Damien Alexander Swift from Dover and 18-year-old Braeden D. Giampietro from Clayton for shoplifting from the Felton Royal Farms on the morning of June 14.
Police say that at around 9:15 a.m., the pair picked up consumable goods and left the store passing all points of sale.
According to the department, Mr. Swift turned himself in on Monday morning, and Mr. Giampietro turned himself in on Monday evening.
Police said both were charged with shoplifting under $1,500, while Mr. Giampietro was also charged with Conspiracy 3rd degree.
According to officials, the pair were both released on their own recognizance pending a later court date and were also issued a no-contact order with the Felton Royal Farms.
