Termination hearing puts Kent County Levy Court under fire

Former administrator outlines retaliation claims

Kent County Levy Court voted almost unanimously Sept. 24 to terminate then-county administrator Ken Decker.

At the time, Mr. Decker indicated that he had a right to a public hearing on the matter.

That hearing took place Wednesday and laid out several reasons why he’s claiming his firing was done in retaliation.
