Delaware Office of Highway Safety kick-starts Sober Rides

The Delaware Office of Highway Safety is working to get drivers home for the holidays safely.
The agency kicked off its Sober Rides campaign Thursday at Breakthru Beverage Delaware in Middletown. The goal is to encourage residents to stay away from the driver’s seat if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
