Bay to the Beach magazine is a quarterly labor of love. I always tell people that the magazine is like a regional travel guide: “We’re trying to highlight cool places around the peninsula that are just an hour or two drive away.”
We took that mission a step farther by creating a Shop Local Gift Guide for the Winter 2024 edition.
We travelled near and far to photograph small businesses, to continue our tradition of encouraging you to shop local. This magazine is packed full of interesting, elegant, fun and useful gift ideas that you’ll find at small-town stores.
Look for kids’ toys, teen books, ladies’ jewelry and men’s watches. Find the perfect item in hunting gear, home décor, handmade ornaments, antiques, fashion and more.
And since we’re big fans of local jobs, we doubly love supporting Delmarva shops.
The magazine will be inserted into local papers just before Thanksgiving: Nov. 27 for the Daily State News, the Dorchester Banner and the (Crisfield-Somerset) County Times. It’ll be Nov. 26 for the Salisbury Independent.
Of course, you can always read our published magazines online at sections.iniusa.org.
There are so many ways to make the holidays bright for friends and family, including giving a gift with love. We love the Delmarva Peninsula, so this gift guide is our gift to you.
Happy Holidays (all of them!) and enjoy your winter!
