Spectrum: ‘Here’s Georgie’ concert coming to DCA

Posted

CAMBRIDGE - A volunteer committee is hard at work preparing for the “Here’s Georgie” concert to be held on May 20, featuring Nashville country rock recording artist (and Ocean City native) Jimmy Charles and his band. This benefit event will honor original DCA board member Georgie Feldman and the generosity of her family, while also raising funds for the future of DCA.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with fabulous silent auction, raffle and hors d’oeuvres in the gallery, and live music provided by Madisun Bailey. The Jimmy Charles Band performance follows from 6-9 p.m. in the George B. Todd Performance Hall.

Concert tickets are $100 for DCA members, $125 for non-members. Visit dorchesterarts.org to purchase or stop by 321 High St.

Special thanks to RAR for their generous support.

For information on other programs and activities at the Dorchester Center for the Arts, stop by 321 High St., call 410-228-7782 or visit online at dorchesterarts.org. Programs at DCA are supported by the Maryland State Arts Council.
