Eastern Shore Dance Academy, under the artistic direction of Jessica Hindman, is pleased to announce the 2022 holiday production of “The Nutcracker.” In this holiday tradition, local youth will delight audiences with a spectacular dance production of Clara’s story, performed by Kaitlin Maschauer.

Eastern Shore Dance Academy hosts approximately 180 dancers. However, the dancers for this performance were selected from ballet classes at the studio, approximately 140 students. The cast and parents have been busy with weekly rehearsals since August. 

The performances will be held at Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Advance tickets are suggested, and available at the Eastern Shore Dance Academy studio at 3123 Airey’s Spur Road in Cambridge. Tickets will also be on sale at the door. Ticket prices are adults - $15 if purchased in advance and $20 at the door; children under 11 are $10 in advance and $20 at the door.
