CAMBRIDGE — Julie Crain, founder and Executive Director for the Harriett’s House, recently spoke to the Rotary Club of Cambridge. Her job includes establishing and overseeing the operations of the organization’s Drop-In Center.

With that, she works directly helping clients, building community relationships and raises money for the organization which is used to help educate and raise awareness about human trafficking. She and her Board of Directors are working towards establishing a residential program for the survivors of human trafficking.

Rita Hall
Rita Hall was recently inducted as a member of the Rotary Club of Cambridge. A 12-year employee of M&T Bank, Ms. Hall says she enjoys working with the staff, clients and people and people of Cambridge.

She said throughout her life, she has been fortunate to have to volunteer with and assist wonderfully diverse people inside and outside the United States. A highlight has been her work with Haitian families living in primitive conditions on the small Caribbean Island and young children living in an orphanage in Malawi, Africa. Volunteering has been a big part of her life.

Chris Honeman
Chris Honeman was recently inducted as a member of the Rotary Club of Cambridge. With 15 years in customer service and 8 years of retail and commercial bank management experience, he recently joined Shore United Bank.
A 2011 graduate of Towson University, he holds a business and commercial lending ABA certificate, Omega commercial lending certificate and his Maryland life and health insurance license.
Chris serves his community as board member for the Salvation Army, treasurer of the Talbot Young Professionals through the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Finance committee for the Critchlow Adkins Children’s Center.

Terry Love
Terry Love recently spoke to the Rotary Club of Cambridge about his 10 years of experience working with IMPACT, formerly know as Right Turn of Maryland. A drug and rehabilitation center, Ms. Love runs a weekend DUI program.
In the program, he works with all ages of offenders from 18 and older, occasionally accepting 16–17 year olds. IMPACT is an inpatient, 28-day program working with the court system as an alternative to jail.
