GEORGETOWN — Bailey Erskine has been named an assistant stage manager for the Albright College Theatre production of “Tartuffe” this fall.
A graduate of Sussex Central High School, Ms. Erskine is studying English at Albright, in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Considered by many to be Molière’s most scandalous play, a five-act version of “Tartuffe” was played once in 1667 and was subsequently banned. The classic comedy asks if we can ever really recognize virtue when we see it.
