Saturday egg hunt in Georgetown cancelled due to forecast

GEORGETOWN – A forecast calling brisk wind and 70% chance of precipitation has resulted in the decision to cancel Saturday’s Easter Egg Hunt and festivities at the Georgetown Historical Society grounds.

Greater Georgetown Chamber of Commerce President Linda Price announced the cancellation Friday afternoon via social media.
