Sambo’s Tavern co-owner Isaac Burrows couldn’t help but smile when recapping a customer’s recent visit.
“He came in and said, ‘I don’t deserve these crabcakes. They’re that damn good,’” said the restaurateur, who owns the Leipsic eatery with his wife, Elva Burrows.
