Here is the Question of the Day:
A public hearing will present Capital City 2030, a master plan for downtown Dover redevelopment that is set to include an amphitheater and riverwalk, new residences, a transit hub, a grocery store and parking garages. The event will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Kent County Levy Court, 555 S. Bay Road, Dover. Questions may be submitted in advance to doverimprovements@gmail.com and will be taken at the end of the presentation. What will you ask them?
