Here is the Question of the Day:
State retirees, legislators and other Delawareans, disgruntled over state plans to move from traditional Medicare into a Highmark Medicare Advantage Plan, rallied in protest on Tuesday. The group Retirees Investing in Social Equity Delaware (RISE Delaware) and former state Sen. Karen Peterson filed a lawsuit against Delaware over the change. How should the state proceed with this endeavor?
