Here is the Question of the Day:
The Lewes Polar Bear Plunge has raised more than $14.7 million for Special Olympics Delaware. Since the initial event, the plunge has grown over its 30-plus years. Last year, 3,244 polar bears teamed to raise a record $1 million. The funds support Special Olympics Delaware’s 16 sports and more than 4,200 athletes. You can attend in person in Rehoboth Beach, or virtually, as someone in Japan did in 2022. Are you participating in Sunday’s event? How do you prepare for a dive into the chilly winter surf?
