QOTD: What should replace the Dover building being torn down due to a fire?

Here is the question of the day:

A structure at West Loockerman and South New streets in Dover that was gutted by fire earlier this year is set to be torn down starting next week. The process should have minimal impact on pedestrians and nearby businesses during the eight-week controlled demolition. There is no word yet on what is to replace it. What would you like to see built there?
