Pink Affair event to benefit Sussex cancer patients, families
REHOBOTH BEACH — Cancer Support Community Delaware will host its Pink Affair luncheon and boutique Oct. 20 at Salero Ocean Front Venue, atop the Henlopen Hotel, 511 N. Boardwalk.
Doors open at 10:30, with lunch from 11 to 3. The event will be hosted by Madeleine Overturf of WRDE’s Coast TV.
Tickets are $65. They can be purchased, along with raffle and 50/50 chances, at cancersupportdelaware.org/event/2023-pink-affair.
New and gently used designer clothing and accessories are still needed for the event. They will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each Thursday in September at the Cancer Support Community office in the Beebe Healthcare Medical Arts Building, John J. Williams Highway, Suite 312, Rehoboth Beach.
Items accepted are dresses, fine jewelry, furs, jackets, high-end purses, skirts, sunglasses and tops. Call 302-645-9150 before arriving to donate.
