Dover High's trip to Cape Henlopen for a 7 p.m. game today looks pretty big in Class 3A, District II. Both squads are 2-1 and riding two-game winning streaks.

Odessa (1-0, 1-1) at First State Military (0-1, 0-2), 3:30 p.m.
Coming off the program’s first shutout win, the Ducks are going after a second straight victory.
AW: Odessa, 14-8; TM: Odessa, 20-14; GF: Odessa, 18-14.
Brandywine (0-2) at Indian River (0-2), 6 p.m.
Between them, the two teams have been shut out three times so getting a win will be big for one of them.

Dover (0-0, 2-1) at Cape Henlopen (0-0, 2-1), 7 p.m.
With 3A’s Dist. II looking wide open, this showdown could end up being as big as any in the district this fall.

Smyrna (1-1) at Caesar Rodney (0-3), 7 p.m.
The Eagles are still trying to get their offense on track but not nearly as much as the struggling Riders.

Sussex Tech (0-1, 1-2) at Woodbridge (0-0, 0-2), 7 p.m.
Both teams are scuffling along right now but the winner will feel a lot better when the game is over.

The Blue Jays start their District II schedule on a roll but Panthers are coming off their first victory.
