Parade set to dash through downtown Dover
DOVER — Holiday excitement will be taking to the streets of the capital city Friday, as the Dashing Through Downtown Dover Parade will be staged at 6:30 p.m.
The Dover High School and Delaware State University marching bands will be performing in the procession, which will start at Federal Street and travel west on Loockerman Street.
The parade will also feature cars and floats decorated with festive lights.
