DOVER — A 29-year-old man was shot to death early Sunday in Dover.
Dover Police Department spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman said that at approximately 3:54 a.m., witnesses reported hearing a single gun shot in the area of the unit block of North New Street.
He said that a short time later, witnesses observed the body of David L. Clark lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body, adding that no further details were being released late Sunday afternoon.
