Letter to the Editor: Not a big surprise about classified documents showing up

I am not at all surprised that classified documents have turned up in Donald Trump’s and Joe Biden’s private homes and, now, also, in Mike Pence’s home. In fact, I would not be at all surprised if every ex-president and ex-vice president had classified documents follow them when they left public service.

Anyone who has ever relocated knows how moving goes — throw everything in a box and promise to sort it out after the move, which never gets done. I’m still finding stuff from my college days that has followed me around for 40-plus years and many moves. Nothing “classified,” though.
