They assembled at the Grey Fox Grille’s outdoor patio: a gaggle of men with goose heads, a trio of women as cows with gold chains, a third group in their Barbie best. It was time once again for the Amazing Chase, a lighthearted race through downtown Dover put on by the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.
