Frederica veteran helps National Desert Storm Memorial come to life

FREDERICA — It has always been in Robert “Bob” Roth’s DNA to help others any way he possibly can.
That explains why Mr. Roth has been a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician with the Frederica Volunteer Fire Co. since 2008, holding such positions as fire captain, assistant chief, board member, vice president and training officer.
