'Food unites us all': Dover restaurateurs receive industry honors

Dover restaurateurs Dennis and Carolyn Forbes have a saying: “Food unites us all.” The Delaware Restaurant Association recently honored the couple with its 2022 Cornerstone Award, which it gives out to people with for their contributions to the industry in Delaware.
