Felton man arrested on drug dealing charges
By DOVER - Willie Wilson, 44, of Felton, was arrested on drug dealing charges following an administrative search on Wednesday, Dover Police said.
Spokesperson Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said the investigation began at approximately 2:04 p.m. when officers assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with an administrative search on a room at the Relax Inn at 640 S. DuPont Highway associated with Mr. Wilson. As a result of the search, police said, he was found in possession of 21 grams of crack cocaine, 584 bags of heroin and $959.
Mr. Wilson was arrested without incident.
Possession charges against Mr. Wilson included with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity (two counts), controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity (two counts), and drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance for the charges, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a violation of probation warrant.
