Dover councilmen to address concerns from 4th District

DOVER — A 4th District town hall meeting is set for Thursday at 6 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall.
The district’s city councilmen, Roy Sudler Jr., who is also council president; Dave Anderson; and Andre Boggerty, the at-large member, will be answering questions from the community regarding rising electric rates, crime, public safety and homelessness.
