Dover aims to work on Water Quality Initiative with Delaware State University

DOVER — A collaboration between Delaware State University’s water-testing laboratory and the city may appear as a small drop in a big bucket.
However, a deeper dive shows that City Council President Roy Sudler Jr. is working toward many more partnerships that would be beneficial to both parties.
