CR district sending some students home early

WYOMING -- Due to potential afternoon flooding concerns associated with heavy rainfall and high tide conditions, students in the Caesar Rodney School District who live in/around Kitts Hummock, Cyprus Branch Road and Jonathan’s Landing will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m. today.

The students ride the following buses: McIlvaine Early Childhood Center,  Buses 4 and 27; Frear Elementary School, Buses 15 and 33; Postlethwait Middle School, Bus 4; Caesar Rodney High School, Bus 39; Charlton School, Buses 101, 102 and 109.

An automated call is being made to parents of affected students. Parents may contact their child’s school directly if they have any questions.
