DOVER — Several cartons of cigarettes were taken during a burglary at a Walgreens store Saturday, Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said.
According to authorities, during the overnight hours, a suspect broke a window and entered the business at 1001 Forrest Ave. While inside, the suspect took the cartons, placed them into a bag, and left the store.
Police ask anyone with information to call 302-736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. Tips may also be submitted to law enforcement through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 800-TIP-3333 or online; a cash reward is possible for information leading to an arrest.
