LEWES — Beebe Healthcare is offering a COVID-19 booster clinic for children ages 5-11 Saturday at Beebe Primary Care Cape Henlopen.

The shots will be given by appointment only. Register here. Bring the child’s COVID-19 vaccination card, a guardian’s ID and an insurance card.

If there are questions about whether the Pfizer vaccine is right for the child, contact his or her pediatrician or primary care provider.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention approved a booster dose for those aged 5-11 in May. The booster should be administered five months after the initial two-dose series.
