Bayhealth is hosting multiple career fairs this month to fill open positions, including jobs at the new Bayhealth Total Care facility, opening in early 2023 in Milton.

The health network is offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonuses for any registered nurse or licensed practical nurse hired during December. Anyone interested is invited to attend one of the following career fairs:

• Monday, noon-4 p.m. at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus, 640 S. State St., Dover.
• Tuesday, 1-4 p.m., Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus, 100 Wellness Way, Milford.
• Dec. 15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Bayhealth Total Care, 18383 Hudson Road, Milton.

While some positions require specific education and certifications, there are also many entry-level opportunities that provide training. Bayhealth offers competitive benefits and other incentives, such as the Part-time Weekend Program and student loan repayments.

Some of the jobs available include certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, front office assistants, techs in multiple areas, phlebotomists, food service associates, electricians, engineers, accountants, public safety officers, administrative assistants and more.

Bayhealth will bring nearly 70 jobs to Sussex County with the opening of the Total Care facility, which will feature a hybrid emergency and walk-in center, primary and specialty care practices, and lab and imaging services. There are positions open in all areas, and employees can start immediately upon hire.
