HARRINGTON - Food, fun and horses were on the bill at Monday's 12th Annual Night at the Races, sponsored by the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce and Harrington Raceway and Casino. But along with the good time, the night had another purpose: A portion of the proceeds benefited the Mid-Del Foundation, a charitable foundation that supports organizations and activities involving agricultural, civic and social needs in Delaware.
