Concealed deadly weapon arrest made at Harrington Raceway and Casino

HARRINGTON - A 26-year-old Dover man was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon after being contacted in the Harrington Raceway and Casino parking lot on July 30, authorities said.

Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland spokesman Arshon Howard said on Friday that Robert E. Mckewen was located standing next to his vehicle concealing a firearm in his waist band.

Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement officers took him into custody with out incident, Mr. Howard said.

Mr. Mckewen was also charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
